Hi made an order for iPhone 17 pro max 1tb in silver test I got my ako number it's been a day and I've not had any confirmation or denial I'm confused and was wondering what was happening

Welcome to the community,

If you have received your xko number, then it should mean that your order is going through.

You will receive notification from DPD once the order is dispatched up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and you will also receive a PIN number to show the driver before receiving your device.

If you do not already have the DPD app, I would suggest downloading it and you will receive notification and the PIN number.

If you want more information, I would suggest ringing customer service, also check your spam/junk folder, as sometimes emails do end up in there.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
