Hi,
I ordered 17 pro max 1 tb cosmic orange 3 days ago and still no update.I checked with ee online chat before yesterday,and they say its processed but still cant track ,just recive confirmation order ref number starting with xs.....
When i should expected pls?

We're currently recommending up to 7 days for delivery on this version of the 17 Pro Max, so fingers crossed you should see an update soon.
Keep an eye on the tracker like @Northerner mentioned here, and also once this is ready to go you'll get a text from DPD with the tracking details at their end, too.

You'll need to keep checking EE order tracking as you have mentioned.
Alternatively speak to EE CS on 150.

I don’t understand at all.
its been a whole week and 1 day since i got dpd tracking number but with wrong adress which i haven’t requested (delivered to ee store).
After i contacted ee they made a request for redelivery to my home address and then problems begins.
i haven’t requested got 2 tracking numbers ,one which is shown as still active with wrong adress,and other one which shows new tracking number but its just generated as a result for changing the adress.When i ask dpd about my new parsel number and when its gonna be delivered they said is scheduled for today although we dont have parcel phisicaly,contact seller.
and on the wrong adress parcel number it is still active and it says schedule for tomorrow again on wrong address which is NOT MY FAULT and i am not supposed to go there and wait for my order ,or for driver to bring.
it is so Annoying,i rase a complaint teice and nothing is solved .
can anyone help pls

I'm sorry to hear you've not received your phone.
We do not have account access here on the Community, so we wouldn't be able to do anything more, but I would recommend getting back in touch with the team about this, so they can see what is happening. You can also re-open your complaint within 28 days, if this has been closed.
