Hello , how do I know if passed credit check? I received email saying please call us to discuss, what does. It mean ? I did pay upfront too also there is message in same email they will contact me if they needed to so I don’t know now

That message means that EE need to clarify something on your application. As suggested you should call or your application will not proceed.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
