Hi,
I placed an order for the new iPhone 17 pro max and I got an email that I can track my order but each time I try to do such with all the details. I get told that the details are incorrect

@Rjallah : That's correct. That's why it's upfront. It'll only stay pending at your bank until the order is finally accepted.

Then your order has been accepted. In your brief OP you've not said if there was any issue with this.

My issue here is that I am unable to track my order! When I put in the order ref number and email it keeps saying that the details are incorrect

Hi @Rjallah
The tracking number should be 10-12 digits long.
At the moment, we can only provide tracking for orders including a pay monthly handset. Orders with multiple items can't currently be tracked. If you've ordered a pay as you go handset or another device, keep an eye out for SMS or email updates from EE or our courier company.

I have try that and still I cannot track my order, they sent the reference in an email and its not working when I put in that number
