Why can't I get 5G?
I'm a Pay as You Go customer. Have been for years. I am only receiving 4G but there is 5G in Ilkley where I live. I'm paying £30 per month but no 5G..Why anyone.It's a pity that EE customer service is none existent results in massive frustration.

When I agreed my new contract- upgrade to full fibre 300- the cost per month had no mention of an additional £7 per month for rental if the Hub.Surely this should have been mentioned as my bill now is more than I contracted for.
Broadband bill
