I ordered a phone reference xxxxxxxxxxxxx on Thursday I haven’t received any update at all just the confirmation email please advise as to what is happening with my order

@NatashaBarker  This isn’t customer services it’s a public forum,  there is no access to your account to see what you ordered.  

 What device did you order ? What colour and storage size ?
