Upgraded phone to iPhone 11 on mon 12 dec, got an order number but can’t track it. It’a Xmas present for my daughter too. It’s says dispatched in 1 day

Had the same situation/problem last week ,I would suggest you call 150 apparently EE experiencing some orders not progressing properly.
