Can someone told me why my tracking number not working????? Order phone on 7 November with usually dispatched in24 h, and untill now don't get , and try tracking it's not working, try call EE , and he told that I will be updated by text or email, but I was ordered phone with hopefully comes to me in 48 hours like usually,

@Bart2351 , you will receive notification from DPD once your order is dispatched, the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

You have not said what phone you ordered, colour and storage size, there is no account access here, but one of the community staff may be able to give you some form of answer.
