Hi everyone, my tracking has been on this page for a couple days now. With that progress being on dispatched, but blank next to dispatch date. Also no word from DPD. Is this normal?

Hi @Dannyhughesbjj 

You'll usually receive a text message the morning of delivery letting you know an approximate timeslot. 

If you've not received this, I'd recommend downloading the DPD app, where you can view your shipment as well as track the delivery due today 😊

Turns out EE put the new number associated with the new Apple Watch I’m trying to receive as my contact number so I wasn’t receiving any of DPD’s texts. 

Now this was changed via EE customer services yesterday, and I’ve booked a new delivery slot with DPD for tomorrow however I’m still yet to receive any messages and the app doesn’t show the PIN. Is this normal? Does the PIN not get generated until the day of delivery?

Also since posting on here I’m being inundated with calls from random numbers pretending to be EE asking to solve my issue. Is this a recognised problem?

I've not seen others report getting random calls, where would they have got your number from?

I have no idea. But I’ve had at least 8 from different numbers all obviously not EE citing I have tracking issues and they want to help
