Order ready for collection today

Hi, I received a message saying that my order is now ready for collection in store. DPD also confirms that the parcel was delivered to the EE store today at 10:36.

The store previously told me to collect it on 18 September. Could you please confirm if I can collect it today?

Release date is tomorrow so no, you'll have to wait or tomorrow

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you've pre-ordered the iPhone 18 Pro or iPhone 18 Pro Max, the release date is not until tomorrow so wouldn't be able to be collected until then as @garybs29 mentioned.

If it is any other phone that you've ordered, you'll be able to collect it in store now.
