Hi I placed an order for the iPhone on 25/10/25 and still haven’t received any info on a dispatch date? Any idea of when this phone will make it into my hands as my current phone is at breaking point!
I ordered mine on 7/10 and it’s being delivered today. I’ve been without a phone since then as old one smashed & unusable. Keep checking DPD app as they let you know before Ee does. Been a long wait & annoying as I’ve read others have received theirs who ordered after me. Hopefully you won’t have to wait much longer. Hope this helps.
I'm in the same boat as you mate, I've ordered mine on 9/10 as well and yet to receive a dispatch update. I have been sent the "Your order is on track" email 3 times now 🤣

Hi, I got a txt from DPD last night 7:40pm to say would deliver today. Just got another text from them 5 mins ago saying would deliver today between 3-4 pm. I only got email from Ee today to say my phone would be on its way! Until that point all I’ve had is the automated email they send out every week. Ee should just have been honest from the start, I was told I would get phone within 2 weeks on 7/10. As you’ve prob read on here folk have been told different things. Fingers crossed it’s with you shortly.
The image was a screenshot of my order tracking that has the 3 generic emails EE have sent me. That is really strange they haven't sent you anything, I would be properly thredders if i haven't heard anything!
No I haven't received anything like that. I have phoned a few times and the have said that the order was defiantly placed and I should receive a text soon. But definitely concerning.
