Order number received

Hi there. I’ve placed an order for an upgrade and received a email saying thanks for your order and an order number. Does this mean my upgrade is going to be delivered?

@AshleighG94   Yes.     You’ll have to wait till you get a tracking number first though.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Brilliant. So I definitely have been accepted for a upgrade? As the email just says thank you for your order and had the order number xkoxxxxxxxxx.

When I put the order number in to track it it’s saying sorry we can’t track your order right now also. I just need to know if it’s gone through or not. Thanks
