Order number not working and havent received an update

I made an order 3 days ago. I paid a £30 deposit and received an initial email. I have not heard anything since. When I go onto track my order, it keeps saying that there is an error.

Which device including memory size and colour did you order? Was the order for a new EE contract or an upgrade?

I ordered a black Samsung S26. It was a new contract.
