Hi there.
I ordered an upgrade on Thursday evening: an iPhone SE 128GB White. The site said it would be dispatched within 24 hours. On the "track my order" page, it still says "Awaiting confirmation" against the expected delivery date.
As I have no working phone, I have no way of contacting EE. Can you provide an update on delivery date?

@JSD2022 Waiting confirmation usually means customer services want to speak with you before the order is processed. You need to call.
