Exchange phone and contract

Hi, I’m wanting to exchange my contract and phone while I’m still in my cooling off period, I’m a new customer so didn’t have a contract before, unsure on how to go about this and whether it’ll let me order a new phone since I just got one. Thanks in advance

Cancel it during the cooling off period and then order what you really want.
