I recently placed an order for the Apple Watch Ultra 2, I ordered it on the phone with an advisor, who told me that my order would be at the store at the weekend, the latest being the Monday. Specifically no later than Monday 23rd September.
It’s almost a week later and no updates, I’m getting a bit frustrated, being told one thing by an advisor, then systems saying a different thing.
is anyone else having issues with orders like this?

it was to be delivered to Leeds Thorpe Park.

Well hopefully it’s sooner rather than later, it’s disappointing being told it would be so soon by an advisor only for it to be the incorrect information.
