I recently upgraded my phone, I had a confirmation email to say my order was processed. However I later received a text saying there was an issue with my order and i was to get in touch to sort it however I can't be available on my phone to use the live chat and I am unable to phone and be on hold for long periods of time.
Any help would be great

If you've received a text advising you need to contact us and discuss the order you would need to get in touch, we're unable to check this for you on the community.
If you can call us on 150 or 0800 956 6000 when you get the chance, the team will get this looked into and let you know what is needed to help get the order processed.
