Order gone missing

So i ordered a phonelast thursday from the ee store, was supposed to of been delivered last friday but i was out, parcelforce left a card saying its at my local post office, this is not the case, i have been twice now and they donr have it, i emailed ee 2 days ago no response, emailed parcelforce 3 days ago, no response, 

Is the best action to take is contact the bank and get my money back as ee and parcelforce are useless

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Problem is, ive used that email to email them, and the phone number, and because it not a contracr etc they couldnt help

Sorry to hear you've not yet received your device. 

Have you checked what the Parcel Force tracking number shows for the location of your parcel?  

You can also check your orders at EE Store Orders to see the status. 

Alternatively you can contact the EE Store Customer Service team at Contact Us | EE Store for updates with the location of your parcel, or inform the team of a missing parcel.

Again yes parcelforce say it at post office in which it is not ive now checked 3 times, ontop of that i emailed ee and they havent responded, ive now asked barclays to get involved now, not messing about anymore

Have you tried Parcelforce redelivery service? They will bring it to you.
