Order email did not arrive

Hello, I can't see the product I bought from EE in my orders and I haven't received an email regarding this. I paid with Apple Pay and the money was deducted from my bank. I understand the order will be delivered to me.

Which product did you order? 

You can contact the relevant team based on the prefix your order number begins with - XKO , EE or SO0, who will be able to check the status of your purchase.  

For orders XKO you can call our Digital Sales team
