I placed this order XXXXXXXXXX on Christmas day for a new Samsung in Bora purple to upgrade my current phone.

Online tracking seems to be broken and I've not heard anything since.

My account also seems broken too it says: There was a problem loading your updates. Error 1000

Please help 😞
