I have just ordered a phone it’s taken the money but not given me a order number or email idk what’s happening I’ve not had any contact feels like I’ve been scammed

You won't receive anything until your order is processed. If you purchased at 1 am then that will be today. Also no money is taken it's reserved by your bank subject to request as payment. 

You should also check your spam/junk folders.
