I've just placed an order online for samsung galaxy phone contract, went through all the steps and whatnot, paid for the upfront cost but have had no order confirmation. After I paid the website just went back to the homescreen. But the money has left my bank and I've not had email confirmation. Instead I got an email saying "left in your basket, pick up where you left off" blah blah. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and is my order completed or not lol.
