I upgraded online to iPhone 16 pro, today I received a message saying my order has been cancelled

Welcome to the community,

You will have to discuss this with customer service, as we have no account access and do not know who you are, they are best placed to give you an answer as to why it has been cancelled.

Sometimes if you place an order online and there's a mismatch with the details, we'll pop you over an email to give our team a call so we can get this corrected before pushing this through on your account. 

It's not common for them to be cancelled outright though; could you please send us over a screenshot of the message you received?

Just make sure to block out any order numbers and personal info as we advise not to share these in public.
