Hi there I am a new customer I was supposed to receive a delivery from you but for some reason dpd have sent it back to ee when they have not even tried to deliver it when I go on the dpd app all they keep saying is I have to contact you in order for the delivery to be sent again and this morning I received a letter from ee saying that my bill is overdue how can this be if I not got my phone that I ordered and I have no phone to contact ee so I being put into arrears for no reason
