Order Update - No communication

I ordered a IPhone 14 Pro Max 256gb on space black on the 26th October (almost 8 days) and have not received any communication or wait details from yourselves. Please could you let me know the current wait time for this device? Is there any to pick up in store?

The current estimated timescale for that model is usually dispatched within 21 days, that's for people ordering today. 

The orders are all sent out on a first come, first served basis clearing the oldest orders first.

Hopefully you hear from DPD about the delivery soon.

Thanks for the quick reply Leanne it's much appreciated.

Think it will be really helpful to write updates on delivery times so customers like myself can see how long they have to wait before they make a decision to take a contract out/Purchase when they get to the payment options. I get a plan so I can upgrade anytime and does not feel good value for money vs the wait time and communication.

It seems like I’m experiencing the same delay. During the ordering process, all that was stated was that it will be dispatched within one working day. Then this was backed up the same day by a text saying my order was on its way. When I try to track it, both EE and DPD don’t recognise the order number. 

It makes you feel like you’ve been misled a bit if there’s a three week wait for it. The payment is taken immediately without a problem of course! 

Having the exact same problem John, no reply to my last comment either. 
I now can't get any information up regarding my order, becoming very frustrated.

The delivery guidance when you placed your order was 'expect dispatch within 21 days'. We'll send you a text with tracking details as soon as your delivery date is confirmed.

If you'd prefer to switch to a model that is available for immediate dispatch, please get in touch on 150.

Hi James. 
I only ordered mine (14 Pro Max) on Tuesday but I’m getting the feeling after speaking to someone in the EE call centre, a conversation with someone in the Apple shop, and now seeing these comments on this forum that I’m in a wait which I wasn’t expecting. It’s hardly the end of the world, I know that, but we should be made aware of any delays at the time of ordering.
