Hello,
I ordered a Chromebook on the 3rd and have only had an order confirmation. The tracking number does not work. I have not had a delay this long with no information regarding an upgrade, I have been with EE many years.

Thanks for the reply. Option 1 on 150 just sends me a link that when followed ends up with a paragraph stating DPD will text me - I ordered on Friday so this seems to be a long wait to hear anything. Option 2 doesn't give me the option to speak to anyone about orders placed.

Can you try downloading the DPD app to see if they have any deliveries scheduled?
If you select option 2, then account queries the team can check this for you.
