I have had a confirmation email about my upgrade order but no text message and the order tracking isnt working, however they have taken the money out of my account for the new phone. Would like to know where my order is? Has it been dispatched? Can i have any information why the phone i order and have paid for (money went out of my account instantly) hasn't arrived and isn't giving me any tracking info?

I placed my order for a Samsung Galaxy S22 128GB Bora Purple on the 21st of
January 2023.
Im just concerned as they have taken to money and i have a confirmation
email but i have no tracking information. And no way to check the status of
my order.
