Replacement phone &SIM was ordered on 20-1-23.. due to arrive this morning.

It HAS NOT ARRIVED, HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED.

PLEASE please look into this for me

Yes..it is covered by insurance... still not arrived.. please please help!

Yes..I have insurance.. but this is a terrible situation I'm in...no means to call you.. you don't have a chat option.. I'm alone, vulnerable, ill, and should have received my replacement phone yesterday.... Please please sort this for me. I'v received no confirmation email from you. You have billed me (due 1-2-23) for something I do not have. I'd be grateful if you could give me the time and attention this needs.. many thanks
