If you are waiting for a delivery, you can use our online order tracker to check the status of your order. You’ll need:
You can find your order number in the confirmation email or text that was sent to you after you completed your order.
If you’re having problems with the order number, check you’re using the email address or phone number that you gave use when you placed the order.
If you still have problems, call us on 150 to confirm your order number is correct.
SIM orders will arrive within 3-5 working days.
For other orders, once we’ve received your items from the manufacturer we do our best to get them to you within 24 hours.
You’ll get a text from our delivery partner DPD the day before your order is scheduled to be delivered.
If you’ve chosen to have your order sent to an EE store the process is the same. You’ll need to bring a valid form of ID with you when you pick it up.
For a DPD home delivery you’ll need one of the following:
Photographic |
Passport |
International ID card |
To collect from an EE store you’ll need to bring:
The card you paid with |
The email confirmation of your order |
A valid form of ID (a full UK/International passport or UK photo driving licence) |
If the order tracker doesn’t show a delivery date
Sometimes we can’t accurately predict the delivery date of your order. This can happen when your order is a new product or is in very high demand.
If there’s no delivery date shown, or it says ‘awaiting confirmation’ it means we can’t tell you for sure when to expect your delivery. We’ll send you an update by email or text message as soon as this changes.
You can use the DPD app to rearrange your delivery in advance if the proposed time isn’t convenient.
If you miss your delivery the DPD driver will leave a card so you can arrange another delivery.
If a family member at your address has a valid form of ID and the same surname as you, they’ll be able to sign for your order.

Look out today / tomorrow for your phone they normally come next day delivery . EE is great but they not good at letting ppl know they have been accepted. I hope you enjoy your new product

Hi, do you still need Photo ID to accept a DPD delivery from EE or is the Pin Number alone enough?

Hi @MC22EE.
You will be notified by text, email or the DPD portal if you need Photo ID. A family member with the same surname can use their ID if needed.
Please ensure they also have your PIN ready if this has been provided.

Hi, does this mean my order has been accepted? I ordered a contract phone today pending a credit check. Received an email saying successful order. I expected to get a further email/call to let me know credit check successful but I haven't
On EE order tracking it shows this, which to me shows order dispatched. Is that correct? Or am i not reading this correct.

Welcome to the community.
That's right, if the tracker shows your order has been dispatched this means your new phone is on its way to you and you passed the credit check.
You should be receiving an update from DPD very soon.

Ordered AirPods yesterday through my account online was told will get delivered Friday and will get confirmation of purchase and tracking number but have got nothing.after calling CS later yesterday (about 6hours after order)they seemed unsure but told they had 3000 in stock and will have to wait to be processed but with what you are saying “You can find your order number in the confirmation email or text that was sent to you after you completed your order.” I have no message about a completed order

Just to be sure, with this order did you opt to pay for it via your mobile bill, or did you pay for it outright?
Also please don't share this in public but did you get an order reference number at check out either starting with XK, EE, or S0?
