Order Reference number

Hi 

I ordered and iPhone 15 Pro Max Nat **bleep** on the 23/09/2023. However I haven’t received the order reference number for tracking nor order confirmation email whatsoever. It’s Tuesday now and there’s still no email confirmation . 

Aren’t these sent out when an order has been made on the day ?

I ordered over a phone call . I was speaking with the  operator. Everything was done over a phone call .

I checked my spam and there’s nothing there . 

@siynaledi97   Once EE can allocated you the device type you ordered because you are next in the queue to receive that model type you’ll receive a notification about dispatch. EE didn’t receive enough for everybody who ordered.  It’s the same every year with all sellers of the device including Apple themselves.    And you also ordered a day after release of the device there are people who ordered a week before who are still waiting.
