I recently upgraded my phone yesterday to the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, in an EE store. I'm trying to claim the Galaxy FE watch that comes with it but it's asking me for a proof of purchase. I've had no email nor have I received any form of receipt so I'm not sure how I can prove I have purchased the phone.
When on the EE app I've tried clicking on my orders but it's asking me for a order reference number which I also don't have.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Rainey1984 Great choice of phone phone there, the Samsung S24 FE is an amazing phone.
If you'd like to request some proof of purchase to support your watch claim, you can just give our customer service team a call on 150 from your EE phone, they can then get some proof emailed across to you.
