Ordered a laptop over the weekend, 1st instalment was taken and the rest to be paid over 24 months.
I have had no update on when I will receive my order, I have spoken to the EE sales team and the upgrade team, neither could help.
I have an order number but it hasn't got a XKO so no one can track it, I also have the loan agreement number on EE loans but no actual agreement can be downloaded.
I was told to email store-equires@ee.co.uk, by an EE advisor....the email just bounced back.
No one can help... I have been told wait up to 7 days and someone should get in touch.
Surely someone can help me track down my laptop and get an update....surely?

You can track your EE online Store orders by logging in at EE Store Track My Orders page.
If you need to contact the Store team you can do so at EE Store | Contact us, where you'll also find the correct email address to use, or request a call back from a member of the Store team.
