Hello
Placed order for an additional sim last weekend but still not received. No delivery notification received although I have had a 'how is your new sim doing" email. Account shows new line as active on my ee with temporary number. Phone line informs unusually high volume of calls with 20 minute wait. No chat available. Tracking order via website returns an error. Please provide a status update.

@AJH1111 live chat is available, but these are the same agents that you call. SIM cards are sent out second-class Royal Mail but you should’ve had this by now. So I highly recommend you call customer services and speak with them about this.
