Hello, I just made a purchase of the iPhone 15 Pro Max in installments, they deducted the entry fee of 30 pounds from my account, but when finished, nothing happened, I didn't receive any email or message telling me about the purchase, nor the tracker to track the order, could it be a scam? I'm applying

@Wagnercouto    So you’ve purchased a iPhone on contract.     EE don’t sell that device without one.     You need to check your spam folder you also need to allow time for your order to be processed and confirmed.    and you’ll be sent tracking information once device can be allocated to you,  just to bear in mind that you can expect our waiting time of at least 28 days as this device is in high demand and EE fulfilling  orders
