Order on EE website for a change to pay monthly with IPhone 16 pro max desert 256gb and paid £30 upfront, the money was instantly deducted from my account but was then just taken to an error screen with no confirmation email or texts. Money gone from account and now I don’t know anything about my order

I'm sorry you haven't had a confirmation, I'm sure you're keen to get this sorted and get your new phone. I'd recommend giving our customer care team a call so they can check the order has gone through.
