I made a online order and paid upfront cost and then I had a email to say ring us to discuss what does that mean

It sounds like our digital sales team need to speak with you, as they may need to clarify something, or something may be missing from your application.

 

Did the email that you received have a number to call them on?

Will they need to do a new credit check

It's tough to say why they need to speak to you to be honest @Matty-2024 as I don't have access to check the order myself.

 

I'd recommend giving them a call so they can tell you exactly what the issue with the order is.
