Online order tracking doesn’t work, needs updates on my order

I’ve used the online tracking on ee’s website since I bought a new phone (Motorola e30 Mineral Grey pay as you go mobile) to replace my current phone that doesn’t work on 23rd Feb 2pm, but it says, “Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD.” I tried to use DPD app but I can’t, since it needs my phone number which my current phone isn’t working (in repair). I don’t get updates on my email and I don’t know know what ee has sent to my phone (since it is not working and in repair). I know it’s not out of stock because when I was buying it, it was on stock. I would like to get updates on this order

Hi James,

Are there any email options, it’s just that my current phone is currently getting repaired. So I can’t phone to EE using phone numbers.
