1 month rolling sim- we need to confirm some details???

I just purchased a one month rolling contract .. 31£ unlimited- at the end it said we need to confirm some details and they will call in 48 hours I had a order number and thanks for my order…

 

hoverever I received a order confirmation email.. stating they are processing my order??

 

and they will text my phone to update when sent etc

 

whst does this mean???

The automated confirmation email means we have received your order and it is being processed.

As our sales team need some further details to complete your order, they'll be in touch on the contact number you provided.

They didn’t call but I had a email to say it’s on its way??? 

with direct debit details~ when they will take the money and my account number???

I gave direct debit details when I filled out the application form- they just confirmed the dates bill and direct debit will be coming out..

Have you had the information you needed? @Lostsoul13 

You'll get your first phone bill around seven days after you join EE and the direct debit date will show on the bill and My EE account.

Yes thank you: but they proceeded it without calling.. I must had got confused when they said they needed more information?? 

I received it in the post today: all working great.
