I haven't received my order yet for new phone with SIM plan I haven't even been given a reference number nor have I been sent a text to say when I will get it

@GingerT12  What phone ? Model and colour and storage size ? And when did you order it ? 
Have you checked your spam folder for confirmation of order ?
