Not received my trade in pack.

I haven’t received my trade in pack yet, how long after upgrade activation do they normally get sent out?

Also, I notice on my account details I was given a £4.50 trade in against my old iPhone 11 which doesn't seem right, I would have expected at lease a £100 more.

The trade in pack should arrive within 5-7 working days after receiving the upgrade. 

Is this a discount per month for the trade in?

Good question, I never thought of that. My contract is 24 months so that would be £108 which is more like it. I’ll keep an eye on it.
