Hi, I ordered my phone on 28th August in at 1am and I got confirmation mail but now I have not got any update on my delivery. I choose store delivery option

It is showing the phone is in stock, so would normally be dispatched within 24 hours.

If it was for a store delivery, I'd recommend trying our customer service guides again, and they can check the order and give you tracking details if they are available.

@Mahir0811  The store will contact you when it’s there for collection. 

What did you order ?  Colour and storage size ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I ordered Samsung s25 ultra with 250 gb storage and jet black colour 

I tried to contact customer service but it didn’t connect
