I recently purchased a SIM moving over from Plusnet.
The sim hasn't arrived yet but you have have already ported my number.
I now have no service at all with no means of contacting family and no indication of when the sim will arrive.
This is my only means of contacting you as your help lines need a phone call 🤦

Many thanks. Every time I've tried for over the last 3days it's been unavailable. Now it's suddenly there. And wouldn't you know after a half hour conversation I need to go to a shop 😔
