Hi everyone

Has anyone recently ordered or done an early upgrade for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB (any colour) at the beginning of this month? I keep seeing mixed information and delays, so I’m trying to understand what the real situation is.

If you’ve already received your device, could you please share the date you ordered and the date it arrived?

Also, does anyone know the current estimated delivery times for the 17 Pro Max 256GB on EE?

 

Any info would be really helpful. Thanks!

@MyrosAn  Blue and silver have a waiting time of 14 days orange has a waiting time of 21 days.

I dont wanna scare you but I ordered 9th October and still haven’t had mine come 

 

I ordered Iphone17 pro max 500GB orange 

 

only just had email saying good news your order is almost ready

EE has behaved unprofessionally. They offer sales and upgrades on phone models that they don’t actually have in stock. This is something they should clearly inform customers about before signing any contracts, not after. It’s misleading and causes unnecessary problems.

Mine was an upgrade too, and I was told early November first week and I’m still waiting mid way through. 

im not sure if my lastest update means it’s finally coming soon but I’ve had about 5/6 updates since ordering which happens every 7 days
