Hi,
I ordered an upgrade for a IPhone 16Plus in Pink 128GB on Friday 17th October. I have received an email regarding a confirmation but i have only been given a xko reference number. This is meaning that I cannot track the status of my order on whether it has actually been successfully ordered and sorted. I understand that we get another code from DPD for delivery but I am just wondering if anyone can look at the stock of this device and possibly help me get onto finding a way to request a code to actually track the progress (as i feel very out of the loop and very insecure on if my order is actually being processed).

I've checked our stock levels, and I can see that if you ordered the phone yesterday, there will be around a 14 day wait for the delivery.

Could you check your email's spam folder to see if a confirmation email has gone into there, please @Danc247 ?
