I have tried the tracking but get "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now."
I have also tried calling customer service but because I am a new pay monthly customer, I do not have a phone number yet so can't get any further than that.

It may be worth calling our Mobile Care team to check the order, @StaceyLouise27.
If you call on 0800 956 6000, it shouldn't ask you for a mobile number.

As far as I can see, that model is in stock and usually dispatched within one day. When did you order?

I ordered on the 7th and the person on the phone said that I should recieve it next day, which was yesterday, but I did not. I haven't had any more information or updates on it either.

I’m having same trouble as that lady so called the number you put and it asks for a number which I don’t have as I’m not an ee customer currently there’s no one to talk to
