Iphone 14 Pro

I ordered an Iphone 14 Pro on 18th November 2022 and still waiting the delivery or, at least, an estimated delivery date.

I´ve tried to track it at "track your order" section but it shows the following message

I would suggest you ring customer service, as they can take a look into your account to see why you have not had anymore information and not received your new phone.

I would have done that sometime ago, we have no account access as this is a public forum, not customer service.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
