I ordered a new pay monthly phone and can see the upfront cost has been paid but I have not received any email confirmation and no order number. How can I see if my order has been successfully placed?

Please check your Junk/Spam folder for any emails from EE, these can sometimes drop in there.
If you haven't received any confirmation, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Service team where a guide can check that your order went through correctly and help further.
