Whats going on? Ordered new phone beig charged for new contract have spoken to help desk, assured out for delivery, still no phone. App a bit of a lottery whether it works or not and order tracking non existent.
Know I'm an idiot for being a loyal customer these days but why EE? Just a sorry and we will sort it out is much better than a straight lie.

I can see this phone is available to order and to expect despatch within 7 days.
As James has mentioned as soon as your phone has been despatched you will be notified with some tracking information.
