Ordered a monthly contract SIM card on 17/12/22 but have not received it. Have received letters saying the direct deposit has all been set up but no SIM card.

I also tried tracking online and it said it could not track it.

SIM card orders are sent by Royal Mail and will have no tracking details.
If you have not received the SIM, please give us a call on 0800 956 6000 and the team will get this looked into for you.
