No mobiles or home phone

Swapped from bt to ee. Now we have no mobiles( going to guess 1 pac code for 2 mobiles messed this up) . And the home phone say "the number you have called has not been recognised" on any number at all. EE has no chat service(and no mobiles working equalies on text either). No family that lives by us and no phone boxes. How do we contact customer service?

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear that you've lost service. Have you tried restarting the phones? Is it the date of the port today? Are the old BT SIMs working?
